Julie obtained her 200-hour teacher training from Breathe Yoga Studio in Rochester in 2015. Julie’s style of teaching supports the philosophy that yoga helps us to feel better and is for everyone. Julie has continued her yoga studies through multiple workshops and trainings at local yoga studios, online and at Kirpalu Center for Yoga and Health. She received her certification in Reiki in 2019 and has taught yoga on the trails of Letchworth at NYS Yoga Festivals for past few years. Working in corporate America for more than 25 years, Julie is familiar with the mental and physical stress that our mind and bodies hold while working at a desk. Julie uses her yoga trainings, life experience and passion for teaching to offer experiences to her yoga students that promotes healing and encourages the ability to build physical and mental resilience.
