7 Dimensions of Wellness - are there any time saving practices to hit them all?
The 7 dimensions of wellness are:
- Physical Wellness - It refers to maintaining a healthy body through proper nutrition, regular exercise, and adequate sleep.
- Emotional Wellness
- It refers to managing and expressing emotions in a healthy and productive way, having healthy relationships, and coping with stress.
- Intellectual Wellness
- It refers to expanding knowledge and skills, engaging in creative activities, and pursuing lifelong learning.
- Social Wellness - It refers to maintaining positive relationships with others, connecting with people, and having a support system.
- Spiritual Wellness - It refers to having a sense of purpose and meaning in life, practicing gratitude, and having a connection to something greater than oneself.
- Environmental Wellness - It refers to being aware of the environment and taking actions to protect it, living in a clean and healthy environment, and minimizing negative impact on the environment.
- Occupational Wellness - It refers to finding satisfaction and fulfillment in one's work or career, having a healthy work-life balance, and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues.
